Orders placed after 2pm CT on Friday will be processed the following Monday. International shipping is available. Please select your preferred method at check out. All items are personally inspected to make sure you receive everything in perfect condition! We pack our boxes with the utmost care and cannot assume responsibility for items once they are in transit. Should an item be damaged en route to you, we will assist in proceedings with the carrier. |
Local Pick Up | If you are local to the Dallas area, or can make a trip to Dallas, use code 'DALLASITE' at check out to waive shipping. Email kate@thelaviajera.com to coordinate pick up/drop off of you item. |
Returns |
Items purchased from La Viajera may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition. All 'SALE' items may be returned solely for store credit. La Viajera must authorize all returns. Send your return request to kate@thelaviajera.com. Upon receipt of confirmation email, pack items in original packaging and send to address provided in email. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please note: All return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. La Viajera is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail. We will not accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery. |
