We truly hope you LOVE your La Viajera item, but we know it can be tricky to order online. You're so excited and you want to know when it's on the way - so we'll let you know - and then when it arrives, sometimes it's not quite what you expected - that's okay!
We want to make the process as seamless as possible.  Be sure to read the information below regarding our policies so you know what to expect.

Order Status  La Viajera will process your order within 24-48 hours

Shipping        All items are shipped USPS 
  • All packages come with a tracking number, which will be provided to you at the point of shipment.
  • Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days, if not sooner.
    • Standard Shipping costs $10 - please allow 2-5 business days for arrival
  • Expedited shipping (ships + arrives within 2-4 business days) costs $25  
  • Orders totaling more than $149 receive free shipping, unless expedited shipping is selected.

    Orders placed after 2pm CT on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

    International shipping is available. Please select that option at check out. Flat rate of $49.

    All items are personally inspected to make sure you receive everything in perfect condition! 

    We pack our boxes with the utmost care and cannot assume responsibility for items once they are in transit. Should an item be damaged en route to you, we will assist in proceedings with the carrier.

    Local Pick Up  If you are local to the Dallas area, or can make a trip to Dallas, use code 'DALLASITE' at check out to waive shipping. Email kate@thelaviajera.com to coordinate pick up/drop off of you item.

    Returns   Items purchased from La Viajera may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.

    All 'SALE' items may be returned solely for store credit.

    La Viajera must authorize all returns. Send your return request to kate@thelaviajera.com. Upon receipt of confirmation email, pack items in original packaging and send to address provided in email.

    Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please note: All return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. La Viajera is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail. We will not accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
